Listen to the road
Fochanka records impacts and vibration. The tarmac tells its story; you can leave the notebook at home.

ROADS, MADE VISIBLE.
Real roads, real bumps and a lot of kilometres spent tuning. Our own algorithm does the hard work so you can see what happened on each drive. Prepare your measurement before setting off; take a look once you've stopped.

MeasureThe sensors record what the tarmac has to say. Even when it gets a bit thumpy.
ReviewRoute, intensity and events. No need to rely on ‘I think it was around here’.
ContributeYour kilometres help draw the map. Your personal journeys stay out of the spotlight.
From the first impact to the whole story
Fochanka listens to the tarmac and puts its stories in order. You choose when to revisit them.

History brings your available measurements together. Revisit the journey, not the bump.
Route, colours and events to make sense of that ‘what on earth was that?’ moment.
Kilometres, points, levels and achievements. Even the usual errand can have its moment of glory.
A look inside Fochanka
Once you've stopped, the drive is still there: its map, its details and a place to revisit it.

Take the map for a spin
Pick a filter and have a look around. No need to start the car.
What do you want to see?
Green, yellow, red and purple: four intensity levels, from a gentle ride to ‘well, that made itself known’. It is what the iPhone records, not an official grade for the road.
That familiar clunk nobody ordered. Fochanka marks these bumps so you can revisit the scene without driving over them again.
When a clunk becomes a ‘what on earth was that?’. The strongest recorded impacts get a lightning bolt. Subtle was never their thing.
Uneven surface, gravel… the road takes comments too. For now, your notices stay in your journey and earn points: more travel diary than megaphone.
Also in the glovebox
They are not the main event, but they are useful when the tarmac — or the lack of it — gets playful.

Put a number on that ‘only slightly enthusiastic’ corner.

Pitch and roll for when the tarmac runs out.
Even bumps count
Fochanka turns every drive into a small game: map kilometres, earn points from bumps detected along the way — no hunting for them, of course — level up, unlock achievements and follow your spot in the rankings. That bump you used to grumble about now counts for something. No need to turn every errand into a championship. But you can.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them involves handling the phone while driving.
Prepare your measurement before setting off.
Drive normally while the measurement records the road.
When stopped, review its map, intensity and detected events.
Before setting off
A compatible iPhone. Choose the vehicle and phone placement in the app before setting off.
No. Prepare the measurement before leaving and keep your hands on the wheel. A passenger may mark notices; if you are alone, do not touch the phone while driving.
Not yet. For now, they stay in your journey and earn points, but other users cannot see them. More travel diary than megaphone.
Yes. It gives your available journeys, profile and progress somewhere to come back to: your private archive.
No. Fochanka shows what the iPhone recorded; it does not put an official stamp on the tarmac. Vehicle, mount, placement, speed and road conditions can all change the result.
